A. Curtis Singer
President
Curt has been President of At Your Service
Hospitality Management, LLC since 1996. As co-founder
and owner of At Your Service, he has been active in
all aspects of the company including training, concept
and menu development, operational analysis, opening
and ownership transitions and interim management situations.
His original vision to provide talented management expertise
to hotels for special projects and abbreviated time
periods has grown and blossomed to encompass our new
vision: to provide numerous services and customized
solutions to the hospitality industry throughout the
United States and abroad.
A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration,
he has over 25 years of hospitality industry experience
specializing in Food and Beverage. He has held operational,
corporate, Resident and General Manager positions with
Hyatt and Marriott hotels throughout the United States.
He is a current member of the Hotel Society of Cornell,
Maryland Hotel and Motel Association and the Restaurant
Association of Maryland.
Kendall Anne Massett
Director of Business Development
Kendall joined At Your Service Hospitality Management,
LLC in February of 1998. Since that time, she has served
as interim management for many of our clients throughout
the United States and in Ireland. She has worked in
numerous capacities on an interim basis including Hotel
General Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Spa Director,
Front Office Manager, and Restaurant General Manager.
Kendall facilitates our training programs as well as
developing programs and seminars for the service industries.
Kendall has recently taken over the role as our Director
of Business Development. Although she will continue
to be involved in all aspects of our operations and
training, her focus will now be on further growing our
business.
Kendall has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management
from North Carolina State University. In the summer
of 2003, Kendall received her Master of Science in Management
through the University of Maryland University College.
Her previous experience includes Restaurant Manager,
Catering Sales Manager, Banquet Manager, Front Office
and Reservations Management.
Karen Schweter
Regional Operations and Sales Director
Karen joined At Your Service Hospitality Management,
LLC in July of 2004. Karen is a highly accomplished,
results-focused professional with high-volume experience
in new unit openings, business development and growth.
Throughout her career in the hospitality industry Karen
has been responsible for the financial and operational
performance of a myriad of restaurants and full - service
hotels. Karen holds a degree in Hospitality Management
from Mesa College in San Diego.
As a Corporate Regional Food and Beverage Director,
Karen provided administrative, operational, and creative
direction and support of multiple, simultaneous projects
and operations. Karen’s experience includes menu
development, marketing, and concept redevelopment in
operations ranging from banquets, to traditional-style
outlets, to theme concepts. Additionally, Karen has
an extensive background in recruitment, development
and implementation of intensive staff training programs,
development of revenue enhancement programs and the
ability to implement cost containment measures. Most
recently Karen was the National Director of Operations
for a special event management company, where she was
responsible for the sales efforts and field operations
nationwide for large special events that were hosted
in unique non-traditional venues.
